WABCO Acquires Canadian Aero Components Firm

WABCO, a global supplier of commercial vehicle technologies, has acquired Laydon Composites Ltd. (LCL), a manufacturer of aerodynamic devices for heavy-duty trucks and trailers. No financial details were provided.

Headquartered in Oakville, Ontario, Canada, privately held LCL generated revenues of approximately $25 million (Canadian) in 2015. Through the acquisition, WABCO said it can provide a full range of aerodynamic devices for commercial vehicles worldwide.
