New Hydraulic Gerotor Motor From White Drive Products

White Drive Products is has launched its next generation hydraulic gerotor orbital motor for mobile equipment applications. The new 505 (RE) Series hydraulic gerotor orbital motors is based on the existing 500 (RE) Series motor, with enhancements designed to improve service life and serviceability.

The motor is engineered to provide greater shaft seal life in demanding applications with higher amounts of side load through a more robust shaft seal arrangement and seal-carrier protected by an improved dust seal. The advanced design also adds ease of field serviceability and quickness of parts interchangeability, the company said.

A Valve-in-Rotor design and pressure-compensated balance plate are employed to provide high volumetric efficiency. The two-zone motor incorporates White’s Roller Stator motor design, which provides high performance in continuous operation with no external drain connection in applications such as wheel drives, sweepers, feed rollers, spreaders and chippers, the company said.

The 505 (RE) Series motor is available in 17 displacements from 100 to 930 cc/rev. For application flexibility, it is available with eight SAE-A flange mount housing and five wheel mount housing options, along with 38 output shaft options.
