“United by a common business culture, this new alliance between HydraForce and Hydraulic Designers promises to strengthen both of our companies,” said Jim Brizzolara, President of HydraForce. “I could not be happier to welcome the Hydraulic Designer staff to the HydraForce family.

“Hydraulic Designers’ ability to provide advanced technical solutions to equipment builders in Brazil is unsurpassed.  We welcome their skills and talents, and will make great use of the expanded capacity that this facility will provide for us”.

HydraForce Hydraulics Ltda. will work to integrate business systems throughout the next several months.

“We will be working tirelessly on the integration of our business,” said Aldo Bisson, general manager of HydraForce Hydraulics Ltda. “This is a very exciting time for all of us.

“Our immediate and future plans are being carefully crafted with the intention of improving our service to our customers. We will combine our resources and invest in our local capabilities and engineering support with the aim of supporting and growing our business in South America.”
